Across 6 weeks our Nourish program introduces you to the benefits of nutritional therapy. You will receive a 60-minute initial consultation, during which a complete case history will be taken to allow a naturopathic assessment to be made.

A tailored nutritional and lifestyle plan will then be sent to you with therapeutic advice and recommendations to improve your wellness and achieve your health goals.

Educational handouts will also support the plan.  With weekly follow-up and check-in sessions, the plan may be revised to provide continued support on your evolving journey. Targeted supplements, where needed, can be purchased through Thrive With Nutrition at a discounted cost.
