However, heading back into everyday life, with the challenges it can present, can often mean people struggle, and these good intentions are left by the wayside. When we lead by example, our children are more likely to adopt healthy habits as they grow up too.<\/p>\n<p>Other ways to incorporate healthy habits into everyday life are to set aside one day to be entirely plant-based or aim to eat at least one new plant-based food each week to diversify your diet, this doesn\u2019t have to be limited to fruit or vegetables but can extend to herbs, spices, nuts, and seeds. There\u2019s plenty of choice.<\/p>\n<p>And if you find that last mince pie tucked away at the back of the cupboard, don\u2019t beat yourself up.
